Operational Support
-
Operational support occurs in the routine context of program operation, whereas “project support” involves helping to build new programs or program components. For example, helping to build a student support team is an example of project support, whereas serving as a member on that team once up and running would be operational support.
Operational support is also ongoing rather than time-limited, as opposed to technical assistance, which is more limited in time & scope.
